Relating to seafood processing.

Abstract

Requires employers of seafood processors to calculate applicable overtime pay for employees on daily and weekly basis and pay greater of two amounts.] Removes substantive language from definition of "workweek.] Repeals exemption for seafood processors from overtime requirements applicable to persons employed in canneries, driers and packing plants.
